Dana Arnold is a new recruit of the Children of the Island. Her early life was spent as an office worker. However, she was low on the social hierarchy and so, combined with her quiet voice, no one took her seriously. Experiencing neglect throughout her career was the start of her desire to feel heard and be validated.
One night she had a dream about a person who offered to bring Dana the recognition she deserved. When she woke up, she found Isabel Salvador waiting for her, and was then escorted to the island and was transformed.
Similar to a hypnotism or Jedi mind tricks, Dana has the ability to guide a person to a desired idea, feeling, or behavior. She made effective use of this ability to cause influencers to suggest repealing the travel ban to the mysterious island.
Dana is bright, cheerful, and optimistic. Years of being neglected resulted in her craving for frequent attention, sometimes to a fault. She typically lifts the mood of her comrades, usually due to her bubbly personality or her clumsiness.
